1. Booking & Confirmation

• All tour bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or through our website.

• A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking, depending on the package selected.

• Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation from Live Lanka Tours.

2. Payment Policy

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other secure payment methods provided on our website.

• Full payment is typically required before the start of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation Policy

By the Client:

• Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour start date are eligible for a full refund minus administrative fees.

• Cancellations made 15–29 days prior may receive up to 50% refund.

• Cancellations made 14 days or less before the tour start date are non-refundable.

By Live Lanka Tours:

• We reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, insufficient bookings, etc.).

• In such cases, a full refund or an alternative option will be offered.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance before arrival in Sri Lanka. The insurance should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, personal belongings, and other unforeseen incidents.

5. Tour Itineraries

• All itineraries are subject to change due to weather conditions, road closures, or other unavoidable factors.

• Any adjustments will be made in your best interest, and we will communicate changes as early as possible.

• Requests for customizations should be made in advance to ensure availability and smooth coordination.

6. Travel Documents

• It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they hold valid passports, visas, permits, and other required travel documents.

• Live Lanka Tours will assist with visa information and guidance, but final responsibility lies with the traveler.

7. Health & Safety

• Clients must inform us in advance of any health conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions.

• Live Lanka Tours and our drivers or guides are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during the tour unless due to proven negligence.

8. Liability

• Live Lanka Tours acts only as an agent for hotels, transport companies, and other suppliers.

• We are not liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from acts or omissions by third parties.

• In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, government actions, etc.), we are not liable for any disruption or loss incurred.

9. Code of Conduct

• Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards the local culture, our staff, and other travelers.

• Disruptive behavior may result in the immediate termination of the tour without refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, videos, logos, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Live Lanka Tours and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
